This role leads the MLOps function within the Data Science & Insights team, owning the strategy, architecture, and tooling that support machine learning solutions across the business. The position is responsible for building and maintaining platforms that enable reliable deployment, monitoring, and governance of ML models in production. It also manages key in-house data science tools and infrastructure, while serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on data science DevOps initiatives. The role includes people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous innovation in the data science technology stack.
