Head of Operations

The Head of Operations will lead the creation and launch of a new upscale fitness network in Morocco, overseeing operations from concept development through to club openings and ongoing performance management. This role involves defining operational standards, managing multi-site launches, and ensuring a premium client experience across both company-owned and franchise locations. The position requires a strategic leader with hands-on experience in the fitness or hospitality industry to build and scale the network from the ground up.
