Head of Operations

The Head of Operations leads the systems, processes, resources, and infrastructure for MindSpot, an internationally recognized digital mental health service and research program at Macquarie University Health. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures day-to-day operational performance across business processes, procurement, grants, and budgets to support clinical and research growth.
