Head of Ops

This role leads the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of the customer base, unifying Onboarding, Account Management, and Hardware teams to reduce churn and accelerate time to value. The position involves bridging the gap between clients and internal Product, Tech, and Sales teams while managing hardware logistics and operational strategies. Based in CDMX, the leader will define customer success models, oversee team performance, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments to drive growth.
