About this role

The Head of Partner Enablement at MongoDB will own the end‑to‑end translation of partner‑focused sales plays, program changes, funding updates, and PRM releases into actionable enablement for both external partners and MongoDB's internal partner organization. Reporting to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations, the role will design strategy, build operating models, and drive content, certification, and training initiatives across a hybrid Dublin/London workforce.
