About this role

Head of Patient Support Services Evolution and Strategy will lead the strategic vision and modernization of Sanofi’s Patient Support Services (PSS) to improve patient and HCP access and experience across specialty care. The role partners across functions and external vendors to drive high-visibility innovation projects and evolve PSS capabilities and messaging. Based in Cambridge, MA, this leader sits on the PSS leadership team and reports to the Head of PSS.
