Head of Payment Optimization (Product)

The Head of Payment Optimization at Neon is responsible for shaping and executing the global payment optimization and risk strategy for Neon Pay. This senior product leadership role involves enhancing transaction performance through effective fraud prevention, payment routing, and authorization success, while collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and Partnerships. Key responsibilities include leading the product roadmap, designing fraud detection mechanisms, overseeing dispute handling processes, and defining performance KPIs to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in product management within the payments or fraud domains, with a strong analytical and technical background.
