Head of Payment Optimization (Product)

The Head of Payment Optimization at Neon is responsible for leading the global payment optimization and risk strategy for Neon Pay. This senior product role involves driving improvements in transaction performance through data-driven experimentation, system design, and collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, and Partnerships to enhance payment routing and fraud detection. Key responsibilities include managing the product roadmap, defining risk detection logic, overseeing dispute systems, and tracking performance metrics for success rates and fraud losses. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in product management within payments optimization or risk/fraud, combined with a deep understanding of the payment lifecycle and acquirer performance management.
