Head of Payment Optimization (Product)

The Head of Payment Optimization at Neon is responsible for leading the global payment optimization and risk strategy for Neon Pay. This senior product role focuses on enhancing transaction performance through fraud prevention, authorization success, and customer experience by collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing the product roadmap, designing risk detection mechanisms, optimizing payment routing, and overseeing systems related to fraud investigation and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in payments optimization or risk management, with a strong analytical background and proven collaboration skills.
