Senior Product Specialist / Head of Payments responsible for developing and executing product plans and strategies to grow Citi’s payments business across South Africa and five West & Central African countries. The role partners with Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and external stakeholders to drive market development, positioning, and competitive differentiation. It owns product performance, P&L oversight, and strategic direction to future-proof payments offerings including digital receivables and wallets.
