Head of People Experience (FTC)

This role leads BrightLocal's people and culture agenda for a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on building high-performing teams and managing the people side of AI-driven change. The Head of People Experience will own the end-to-end people strategy, ensuring effective performance management, manager capability, and employee engagement across the UK and Europe. The position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can navigate organizational design, compliance, and team development while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
