Head of People Partnering

An experienced senior HR professional will join the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences to provide strategic direction and expertise across a diverse people portfolio. The role involves overseeing workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, and change initiatives to create an inclusive and supportive environment. The successful candidate will lead the People & Culture workstream within the Faculty's transformation programme, ensuring people-related priorities are effectively planned and delivered.
