The Head of People at Angle Health is responsible for designing and implementing people strategies that support the company's mission and growth. This role encompasses all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, while fostering a collaborative work environment. The Head of People will also partner with executive leadership to shape company culture and policies, while leading a high-performing People team to handle complex employee relations and compliance matters in a fast-paced, AI-driven healthcare startup.
