About this role

The Head of Personal Lines will lead and expand Capita Experience’s Personal Lines division, overseeing delivery of CBI-regulated insurance services across international markets. This remote-based role (with travel to Cork and occasional travel across Europe) focuses on performance delivery, customer success and guiding the division through a transformation to blended human-digital service models. The position offers senior leadership exposure to complex regulated services and long-term career progression.
