Head of Prediction & Optimization

The Head of Prediction & Optimization will lead Confido's data science function, focusing on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and building the team to three or more data scientists. This role involves developing models that transform detailed business data into actionable decisions for CPG brands, including pricing, trade optimization, and promotion recommendations. The position requires partnering with AI/ML engineers to deploy models to production and establishing rigorous standards for backtesting and evaluation.
