Head of Privacy

The Head of Privacy at PHIL is responsible for establishing and leading the company’s enterprise-wide privacy program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state privacy regulations. This role involves developing privacy policies, conducting risk assessments, and operationalizing privacy practices in coordination with cross-functional teams including Legal, Operations, and Engineering. As the Privacy Officer, the individual will also provide training, manage incident responses, and track privacy KPIs to build a robust governance model within the organization.
