Head of Product

This role provides end-to-end product leadership for the Martech & Personalisation domain, defining business strategy, product vision, and a prioritised roadmap to deliver personalised customer experiences. The Head of Product partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering, data science, and marketing teams around shared goals while managing supplier relationships and technology choices. The position involves coaching the product team, optimising investment, and shaping the future operating model to support Sainsbury's growth and loyalty objectives.
