Head of Project Engineering

The Head of Project Engineering manages the engineering team at the SPL Waunakee site, providing technical guidance on projects and process scale-up activities. This role oversees capital projects from initiation through closure, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The position involves leading the commissioning, qualification, and validation lifecycle for capital projects, managing external engineering firms, and establishing engineering standards. The role also includes cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and other departments to deliver projects that meet production and compliance needs.
