About this role

Electric Hydrogen is seeking a strategic Head of Quality to lead the establishment of a robust Quality Management System for rapid electrolyzer manufacturing scale-up. This role involves defining quality strategies, building the quality function through hiring and development, and partnering cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams. The leader will champion a culture of quality excellence, ensuring product reliability and operational rigor while driving ISO 9001 certification and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's quality strategy aligned with manufacturing objectives
Build and lead the quality function including future hiring and team development
Establish and maintain a scalable Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for product reliability
Develop supplier quality programs including audits and performance monitoring
