Head of Quantitative Research

Range is seeking a Head of Quantitative Research to lead the design and refinement of its core portfolio construction methodology, including asset allocation and rebalancing logic. This role involves building rigorous backtests, researching tax-aware strategies, and partnering with Engineering to transition research into production code.
