Head of Radiopharmaceuticals

The Head of Radiopharmaceuticals at TwoStep Therapeutics is responsible for leading the translational and early clinical development of novel radioligand therapies, guiding programs from late preclinical phases through first-in-human studies and into further therapeutic development. This role requires the management of clinical trial operations, regulatory submissions, and oversight of radiochemistry/Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC), as well as building relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in radiopharmaceutical development, including expertise in navigating US and EU regulatory environments.
