Head of Reporting

The Head of Reporting leads the financial reporting, business intelligence, and reporting transformation functions for the IT8 group, reporting directly to the CFO. This role ensures timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to the executive team and private equity shareholders by transforming manual Excel processes into an automated, scalable reporting architecture supported by BI and AI. The position involves coordinating global financial reporting, reconciling data across multiple entities, and driving the evolution from Excel-based models to governed, automated data solutions.
