The Head of Risk will lead the development and embedding of an organisation-wide risk framework and culture at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, acting as the subject matter expert on risk management and governance. The role partners with the Board and executive leadership to ensure risks are understood, managed and used to inform strategic decision-making while enabling well-managed risk-taking.
