The Head of Risk is a senior management role within regulated financial services firms in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), responsible for developing and overseeing the firm's enterprise-wide risk management framework. This position ensures material risks are identified, assessed, and reported in compliance with regulatory obligations under the FSRA's rulebooks. The role operates independently to provide objective risk oversight and challenge to executive management and the board.
