Head of Sales, DHS & Federal

UFORCE is seeking a Head of Sales, DHS & Federal to build a funded, repeatable customer base for unmanned maritime systems across the Department of Homeland Security and the broader federal civilian community. The role involves owning the federal civilian sales motion from identifying mission problems to securing contracts and driving sustained operational adoption. This position focuses on creating demand, developing use cases, and converting pilots into recurring programs for agencies such as USCG, CBP, and FEMA.
