About this role
The Head of Sales Programs will architect, launch, and lead targeted outbound pipeline generation and progression initiatives to drive new business across Datadog’s product portfolio. This role combines strategic program design, advanced use of account and intent data, cross-functional alignment, and hands-on frontline sales leadership. The leader will be accountable for program-generated pipeline, revenue, ROI, and reporting to executive leadership.
