Head of Security & IT

The Head of Security & IT will own Allium's security program and employee IT environment, setting priorities and implementing controls to protect critical systems and data. This hands-on leadership role involves establishing security standards for AI agents, strengthening cloud and software security, and leading detection, response, and recovery efforts. The position requires partnering with Engineering and business teams to build a fast, evidence-based vulnerability response and support enterprise trust through audits and compliance.
