Head of Security Operations

The Head of Security Operations leads the Group Information Security function, overseeing the security operations centre, incident response, identity and access management, security analysis, and third‑party services. Reporting to the Information Security Director, this senior leader manages a team of 15‑20 professionals across the UK and India, ensuring continuous improvement, resilience, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
