Head of Security Operations

The Head of Security Operations will build Radiant's security function from the ground up, defining the strategy, tooling, and operating model for security across data centres, compute platforms, and network fabric. This role involves representing the company's security posture to customers and prospects, collaborating with commercial and engineering teams, and ensuring robust physical and infrastructure-layer security. The position requires leading incident response, managing risk, and embedding security practices into the company's infrastructure design and delivery processes.
