Head of Security

The Head of Security leads a team of nuclear security specialists to develop and deliver world-class security arrangements that support business objectives and ensure the safety and cost-effectiveness of Rolls-Royce SMR's advanced small modular reactors. This role involves defining security policies, managing technical security work, and ensuring compliance with UK nuclear regulations and customer contract requirements. The position serves as the primary point of contact for security-related matters with the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) and external stakeholders.
