This role includes leading a team, overseeing content creation across multiple platforms, managing organic growth campaigns, and utilizing data analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance. Additionally, the Head of Social & Community will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with broader marketing and product goals while ensuring brand reputation and addressing customer engagement on social platforms.
