About this role
Sanofi is hiring a Head of Solutions Engineering to lead a team of 5-7 solution engineers and partner with the Agentic AI core team to build an AI-powered operating system for global pharmaceutical operations. The role will guide cloud transformation, API modernization, and infrastructure reliability across a large, regulated enterprise environment impacting thousands of users and applications. It reports to the Global Head of Digital Technology and requires deep technical and leadership experience to drive architectural coherence at scale.
