A Leiter Supply Operations oversees the global management and development of supply chain processes within a central SCM function, leading central teams for Supply Network Planner and Third Party Products Planner to optimize inventory, delivery capability, and costs in alignment with the 'local for local' strategy in EMEA, APAC, and AM.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop central supply teams
Coordinate production capacities, inventories, and supply chains across regions
Manage demand and inventory planning between plants and external suppliers
Manage bottlenecks and escalation processes to minimize risks

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, SCM, BWL or equivalentSeveral years of leadership experience in Supply Chain in an international matrix organizationFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC and SAP)
