Head of System Engineering (Segment Mission Systems)

Head of Discipline for System Engineering & Integration Verification and Validation within the Mission Systems engineering organization, responsible for defining discipline strategy, capability development and performance across a portfolio of mission-critical systems. The role leads a community of ~100 system and IVV engineers across the Netherlands and Portugal and partners with international teams to drive long-term engineering transformation and efficiency improvements. The position is based in Hengelo (Netherlands) or Portugal and requires collaboration across a multinational, matrixed organization.
