Head of Systems Engineering

The role leads the establishment and growth of a world‑class Systems Engineering and Integrated Support capability for a defence and national security consultancy. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will define strategy, shape service offerings, mentor talent and oversee the delivery of systems engineering, architecture, integration and supportability across complex defence programmes from concept to operational sustainment.
