This strategic role involves building and managing an in-house team, executing aggressive outbound sourcing strategies, and partnering with founders to define hiring processes and employer brand. The incumbent will leverage AI-forward tools to modernize workflows and drive full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and operations.
