Head of Training

The Head of Training will design and deliver broker training across OneDome Group, focusing on helping brokers effectively use the company's bespoke CRM and software. This hands-on leadership role involves building a repeatable onboarding programme, delivering practical instruction, and ensuring brokers achieve systems proficiency and consistent working practices. The position requires translating complex software and processes into clear, practical instruction for employed and self-employed brokers, advisers, and support staff.
