Head of Value & Access

The Head of Value & Access leads the design, approval, and execution of the comprehensive Value, Access, and Pricing strategy for Bristol Myers Squibb's Mexico portfolio, ensuring timely access for upcoming launches. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Director of Access, managing a multidisciplinary team and integrating evidence generation, pricing strategy, and institutional access. The position requires anticipating regulatory and market risks while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
