About this role

The Head of Value Creation at CarTrawler plays a central role in shaping and delivering the company’s enterprise-wide value creation agenda across organic growth, M&A, and transformation. Reporting to the Chief Value Creation Officer, this role converts strategic priorities and acquisition rationales into concrete value drivers, aligned plans, and measurable outcomes. It is highly cross-functional, working closely with Corporate Development, Finance, and senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment, robust governance, and clear executive-level insights. The position offers strong exposure to board-level topics and a development platform for a high-potential strategic leader.
