About this role
Head of Portfolio Strategy & Operations, Neuroscience & Gene Therapies is a senior leadership role overseeing portfolio direction and operational alignment for the NS & GTx therapeutic area. The position partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the portfolio supports organizational priorities, and is based at the Cambridge, MA or East Hanover, NJ site. The role reports to the DU Head and includes oversight of budgets, headcount planning, and external communications at the unit level.
