About this role

As the Head, Process Data at Takeda, you will define and execute the global CMC Data Strategy across Manufacturing Science and Technology, establishing enterprise-wide data standards and governance. You will lead a global capability to deliver structured, analysis-ready process data while partnering with stakeholders to drive data-driven manufacturing and technology transfer. This role requires representing Takeda externally to shape future CMC data standards and ensuring GxP compliance across biologics, plasma, vaccines, and synthetic molecules.

Responsibilities

Define and execute global CMC Data Strategy across manufacturing modalities
Establish and govern enterprise-wide data standards and metadata frameworks
Lead global capability delivery for data stewardship and lifecycle management
Drive data quality, integrity, and GxP compliance in regulated environments
Partner with global MSAT organizations to implement scalable data solutions

Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, MathematicsPhD in Science, Technology, Engineering, MathematicsChemical or Biochemical Engineering degree preferred
