Head Programmer/ CNC Programmer

This role leads the CAD-to-CAM team and establishes programming standards for automated 5-axis CNC cells within a manufacturing environment. The position requires expertise in Siemens NX CAM and hands-on programming of complex aerospace and defense parts. The successful candidate will also train programmers, define processes, and build probing stacks for lights-out production.
