About this role
The Head R&D Strategy & Business Development leads the development and delivery of Therapy Area and Disease Area strategies for AstraZeneca’s Vaccines and Immune Therapies Unit. The role partners with senior leadership to align R&D priorities with corporate goals and supports search, evaluation, licensing, and alliance activities to advance the V&I pipeline. It reports to the SVP, Vaccines and Immune Therapies Unit and plays a central role in shaping strategic direction for vaccines and immune therapies.
