This strategic leadership role oversees CIMB Group's enterprise-wide reconciliation governance, control framework, and operating model to safeguard financial integrity and strengthen risk management. The incumbent serves as the accountable executive for the end-to-end reconciliation ecosystem, driving analytical insights, balance substantiation, and independent challenge over unresolved items. The position also leads the Monitoring & Controls Unit, managing performance dashboards, write-off governance, and strategic transformation initiatives to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
