Head Start Child Development

Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, this role is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the Head Start curriculum for the classroom and parent education. The position oversees classroom operations, the parent volunteer program, and assigned staff members while ensuring the health and safety of enrolled children. The role involves conducting developmental screenings, facilitating parent conferences, and maintaining compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and state licensing regulations.
