Head Start Eligibility/Recruitment/Selection/Enrollment/Attendance (ERSEA)/Family/Community Engagement (FCE) Coordinator

Futures First is seeking a Head Start ERSEA/FCE Coordinator to connect families with resources and support successful enrollment, attendance, and program compliance. This role involves leading recruitment efforts, managing the intake process, and ensuring data accuracy while maintaining alignment with Head Start requirements. The Coordinator will also provide technical assistance and training to family service staff to strengthen community partnerships and family engagement.
