Head Stockperson

The Head Stockperson plays a hands-on role coordinating daily livestock operations, leading and developing the stockcamp team, and ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest animal welfare standards. Working closely with the Station Manager, the role involves driving performance across livestock, people, infrastructure, and station operations while fostering a strong team culture. This position requires strong cattle handling, horse-riding, and animal husbandry skills to manage mustering, processing, and livestock movements effectively.
