Head Teacher

The Head Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing daily activities and routines for a single classroom, ensuring alignment with Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale and PA Early Learning Standards. This role involves planning developmentally appropriate activities, assessing child development, and coordinating with assistant teachers and aides. The position requires maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment while fostering the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth of each child.
