About this role
The Head Total Rewards and HR Delivery for Capsules & Health Ingredients will define and drive the global total rewards strategy for approximately 3,500 employees and lead HR delivery functions such as payroll and HR operations. The role is based in Basel, Switzerland, and partners closely with CHI leaders and local HR teams to align rewards with business objectives and culture. This position is senior and involves leadership of a small team and membership in the CHI HR Leadership Team.
