HEAF Program Director

The HEAF Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations and implementation of PAL's afterschool program for middle and high school students, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. This role provides leadership to program staff, coordinates scheduling and site logistics, and ensures programming aligns with PAL's mission and standards. The position collaborates with the Youthlink Director to support staff development, monitor program quality, and ensure effective integration within the Harlem Center.
